Ms. Conway Callahan will speak on the impact of Volunteers in our community.

About the speaker

In June 2015, Melinda Conway Callahan was named as the new Chief Development Officer of Focus: HOPE. Callahan is responsible for creating a culture of philanthropy, providing strategic assistance to aid financial stability, talent management and directing the operations of communications, government affairs and public policy.

Callahan’s previous positions include CDO at Forgotten Harvest, President of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center Foundation and President of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan Foundation. 

She has degrees from Michigan State University and Masters of Public Administration from Oakland University, and was Adjunct Faculty, Wayne State University.

Callahan serves on numerous national, state and local boards. She is a graduate of Leadership Oakland, Leadership Detroit and Executive Leadership through Inforum.
